1. When do you ship orders?

As of right now my processing time is 1-3 days!

2. Where do you ship?

Currently shipping to U.S. and Canada only

For international customers please check out my Etsy shop. Etsy has fees that I had to consider for the pricing of my products. Please understand any slight price differences that appear on Etsy.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

I ship via USPS First Class Package that ships packages by approximately 2 business days. 

**As of September 8, 2023 I have updated my shipping options!

I still ship via USPS, though there are two options to choose from. USPS First Class Package or now known as Ground Advantage takes approximately 2 business days.

First Class Mail takes approximately 1-5 business days. 

4. Does my order include tracking?

Only packages sent with the shipping option of USPS First Class Package/Ground Advantage are tracked. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email/phone number once your order has been fulfilled by me. Please use the USPS website to track your order with the tracking number that was sent to you. Using this shipping option does cost a bit more money, but guarantees tracking information.

USPS First Class Mail does not provide tracking information. 

5. Can I get an exchange or refund?

All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges. Though if a product has arrived as damaged or wrong, please email me at j.moonlight.studios@gmail.com

6. My items arrived damaged, what do I do?

If any of the items arrived damaged, bent, ripped, or more due to the mishandling of shipping, please send me pictures and details about the issue via email at j.moonlight.studios@gmail.com
